Love the app

Ive been using this app for over a year and it is very useful. Theres a bug after a recent iOS update and the letters keyboard is not accessible. Only the numbers appear. So I couldnt access my files. I emailed the app developers and got an answer in less than 3 hours! Wow: real people caring about their customers! Thank you!
Temporary fix: just shake the phone and the other keyboard will appear. Apparently this was published on their Twitter account... I DO NOT use Twitter, so I would appreciate another way of getting notified about issues.
