Excellent app and support

I had an issue after downloading IOS 8.3. I couldnt get letters on my touchscreen to log in. App Support told me they had issues with this and an update would be out soon. In the meantime they told me they had anticipated this and all I have to do is shake the device and it would start working. What a relief!
This app is great. I would be lost without it!!
