Sync doesnt work after paying for it!

When I saw there was a Mac version I thought great and bought it ($25). Then I bought secure synch in-app purchase on my iPad and my wifes iPad (9.99 each). Well syncing doesnt work at all even when you manually hit the sync button. Totally ripped off and out $45. I wouldnt even write if there was a way to contact the developer. I agree, too many in-app purchases, 1.99 for rich text?!!! What? Refund please.
