This app has a serious problem to sell in the app store. Im using iOS9.2 and this app of version 4.8 always breaks down suddenly. So I cant make a complete composition except the short Id-Pw storings. The designer of this app must update to prevent sudden breakdowns.

Wont let me log in. No go or enter button

Ive been using this app for over 4 years now and have had nothing but a great experience. Im on my 6th iPhone and The Vault continues to keep all my data secure while migrating to each new device with no issues.

Like the app - its basically just a locked version of notes with folders - but it crashes often which makes me worry Ill lose my data

Its a great app while it works,but all of sudden, I get a message saying that there is corruption and now I cant unlock. Im completely locked out and there is no help.

After the update the app wont open with my password . I do have backups but it wont help

Since I updated my app, it does not recognize my password. Help!!

The latest update wont let me log into my information. Guys! Fix this as I use the app everyday! Test before releasing updates please.

After the update my passcode does not work.

With this most recent upgrade, my password no longer lets me into the application. While I do have backups, the app requires me to enter to restore... And then the old password still fails. Do not upgrade until they fix this problem. In the meantime, it is useless!!!

I upgraded the app this morning and now my password doesnt work! After 5 years of use, this app is now worthless to me.

The new update does not allow my existing password to access the vault. Nothing changes on my end what happened?

After the update today on 10/10/16 the app now allows access to my information again

I used to like this app for general password safety. However, you cant backup without a fee. Now the force you to pay for backup or lose the ability to add more data. Needless to say, I am deleting this app.

This app was great and fantastic until this last update. Now you HAVE to Upgrade to use this app in write mode. It wasnt like they said asked but now Im FORCED to upgrade to CREATE more notes. I have a ton of notes that now have to be moved to a new app. Any suggestions of a new app????

The latest update makes you purchase Secure BackUp & will not allow user to add or edit any of the previous passwords. I purchased the Secure Backup & cannot get my app to back up. If I force the update, I risk loosing my passwords because I did not back up.

It will not install and the app is not opening now. Please help
