Since 2.05 it crashes as soon as it starts. 2.06 made no difference. I cant get to my data, and I was relying on this app to keep it secure. Now its secure from me.

After the disaster update, the apps has been back to work. But when I press plus sign to add new note, I got an error then quit. Please have it fixed.

$21. to unlock all the features that should be standard. Way too expensive. I was expecting maybe $9.99 for all features at most.

After the latest update the vault allows me to see content in some folders but then crashes when I try and open other folders. Please get this fixed!

I use this app every day to store passwords, notes and many more projects. Love that I can export my files.

You guys have way too many updates. I wish youd just spend some time to make it perfect so there isnt a new update once a week. Also its way too expensive.

Does what it is supposed to do, suggestion- would be nice to have the pics to have an even smaller file size option to conserve space for just the simple doc scan.

Works well. Idve been using this on my iPhone for about 6-8 months. No problems. Got an iPad last week and purchased the sync feature. Works great. Now both devices can synchronize all my data. Strongly recommended.

After unlocking and entering the app if you close the app and try to re-enter it is obviously locked. However if you open the app a second time it bypasses the password screen. Only way to avoid this after the first shutdown is to kill the app. Dont like this at all.

Could you provide option to have longer and alpha numeric password?

Since updating, I cant copy and paste from my email. The Vault erases my clipboard instantaneously and I am not even using the app! Please fix. Until now, this has been a good app

Latest update is not compatible with my iOS 5 device. Well it used to be a nice app, now I will have to change it. My iPod touch works gracefully and I find not a reason just to give away money, and this app is the main reason why I use this device besides music. Lets face it: this is not a big mayor app to keep it tied to the l.a.t.e.s.t iOS version, so, what is the hurry ?

I use this program everyday and find it very useful. Had a bit of a problem with syncing to a new device and contacted support. They responded quickly and solved the issue for me right away.

Former version accepted shorter passwords. After upgrade, no longer recognizes the password and hence does not let me access my data. I tried to access the developers support site but not accessible. Can someone pleae help as I stand to lose years of fata. Thank you!

At first, I had a problem with an option that I paid for... I sent an email and within an hour, someone from their support staff wrote me back and helped me fix the problem... I still think that some of the instructions should be better explained but overall Im quite happy with the app !

I love this app and when I needed help because of an ISO glitch their customer service responded to my enquiry within hours! Highly recommend.
