Ive been using this app for over a year and it is very useful. Theres a bug after a recent iOS update and the letters keyboard is not accessible. Only the numbers appear. So I couldnt access my files. I emailed the app developers and got an answer in less than 3 hours! Wow: real people caring about their customers! Thank you! Temporary fix: just shake the phone and the other keyboard will appear. Apparently this was published on their Twitter account... I DO NOT use Twitter, so I would appreciate another way of getting notified about issues.

This app is the most dynamic and useful of all apps I have used. I want to shout out to Wouter in app support who I contacted thinking I would never hear back. It only took seconds before this knowledgable person replied back with a solid fix for my issue. Congrats on your app support team! Outstanding!

This is, hands down, a well delivered product. (Someone should buy this guy.) Excellent user experience - very flexible application. I always recommend this to my friends.

Generally dont bother to review but feel compelled this time .Have been using this ap for a few years now on iPad , as a password storage system . Basically want to tell everyone to back up there info because I did not , and one day after opening ap up , I found 2.5 full pages of passwords and sensitive info completely gone . I know I never deleted 2.5 pages because there is some effort involved to delete files ! If it wernt for this issue I could have easily given this 4-5 stars , as it is well thought out ! So to all , remember nothing is safe on our electronic gadgets !

I had an issue after downloading IOS 8.3. I couldnt get letters on my touchscreen to log in. App Support told me they had issues with this and an update would be out soon. In the meantime they told me they had anticipated this and all I have to do is shake the device and it would start working. What a relief! This app is great. I would be lost without it!!

Ungraded the new iOS for iPhone 6 and now the qwerty keyboard part of sign in on app does not work. Only keyboard is useable. App website is has no contact email or phone which is a pain. Other than this issue it is a great app.

Personally I like its simplicity, flexibility (allowing for your own structure design) and price (free & without annoying ads!). Backup the contents to your iTunes for free as well or pay a very reasonable U$2 and be able to shuffle the precious cargo between your iPhone and iPad. Any problem? Attentive and patient support is there to help... Thanks for a great app!

Ive been using this app for quite a while without any issues until now. I have dozens of passwords saved in there and now it wont open. Im very frustrated!!

This app crashes when Im typing something and then I have to start all over again. FIXXXXXXXXXXXX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I use this app daily, and I would rate it 5 stars if I could trust the automatic sync feature. However I had a lot of problems with it a year ago, and since then I have only used manual Backup and Restore. This takes me more time, but at least it works. Perhaps the developer now has the hugs worked out. I will give automatic sync another try, and if it works, I will give this app 5 stars

The app wont recognize my password anymore, what?!!?? What kind of a glitch is that?

This has to be the best app for saving any files securely. No big corporation to spy on your content in their Cloud service. For people who have lost data, turn off automatic updates on your iPhone and do a manual backup before updating The Vault, simple. The only thing I would like is if The Vault was cross platform compatible for those of us who dont have Mac computers but use Windows or Linux. Great work, keep it up.

This is a great software for information security. Very well designed for security and very easy to use. The only thing which I dont understand is why this is not at the top of the ranking list.

The only thing is i dont like this font. O and 0 are almost identical and when it comes to passwords its very important.

When there will be an update enabling to switch the keypadinto russian language???
