After update the programm crashes after password entering! Always!

New icon is really bad. The old one was the most ugly app icon on my iPhone (I had dedicated screen for such apps) but the new one is epic fail.

I updated the app. Then app asked a pass. I wrote it but app does not admitted me in. Then after 30 trying it blocked. WHAT IS GOING ON. I have so match notes there. Someone Help me to restore them.

Too expensive internal purchases - reasonless program since 1password had become free. Do synchronization between ios devices for free of charge at least.

If doesnt work the "ABC" button with entering the password (doesnt respond), do shake iPhone, - the keyboard will switch, everything works! Magnificent support service! Ios 8.3. Dont work. Cant write the password

After update to ios 6.1, i cant use. App crash. Fix bug please.

This App works very well. The Sync feature allow you to store your data and access them from all your device. If you should have any problem, the support from the developer is quick and reliable.

Finally all my passwords, documents, etc in a single and flexible app, always and easily available both on my iPad and iPhone. Flexible structure, you can design your own format. Instructions sometimes not immediate, but nothing dramatic. Overall very good!

Using this app for two years, everything was ok… until last update. Now, when typing the password, as soon as I touch the virtual keyboard on iPhone, TheVault’s custom keyboard switches to the standard iPhone keyboard: after typing the fifth password key, nothing happens, no way to enter the app!

With iOs 8.3 key ABC dont show the keyboard. I cant do the access...

Cant open my database anymore with this update ... it doesnt recognize my password. I made a lot of updates without any issue in the past but something is wrong with this update. Waiting for an help, be aware! I have no recent backup unfortunately since I updated OTA. Edit: fixed with 5.0.3! Thanks for the support.

Simple, straightforward in presentation and concept. Currently let down by complexity and relative cost of in app purchases.

Free app? But inside, you have to pay to enable features.. $2 to $5 to $10. And you are unable to test the features without paying. Tread with care on this one

You will not find a better text encryption app on this App Store with features like within this app. I downloaded this app a long time ago when it was one of very few actual encryption apps and I have consistently seen high performance and quality updates. This is one of two encryption apps that I trust and have found no alternatives for. I have searched this App Store enough times to know this is it; this has what you need and it does it better than the rest, period.

This is a great app use it more than I realized. Needs to be updated so I can access it with my Apple Watch

I used the vault for several years and have data I need stored there. But I got a new phone and when I downloaded the app it will not allow me to sign in. It wants me to enter a new password I guess to set up an account. Cant find out how to get support.

Paid $10 for this and I cant get it to work. I love the app but this is very disappointing. Cant find any support.
